Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-process and final inspections of components and assemblies.
Use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify dimensions.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Identify, document, and report non-conformities.
Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
Assist in maintaining calibration records and inspection documentation.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Lean).
Coordinate with production, design, and quality teams to ensure compliance.
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering OR relevant technical certification.
Basic understanding of quality control principles and manufacturing processes.
having experience in structural, tank & pressure vessel fabrication
Having knowledge of Welding & NDT(Dye penetration Testing),Radiography testing and ultrasonic testing. EPC Testing
Having knowledge of CNC & VMC Components Inspection and ability to read the drawings
Familiarity with inspection tools and techniques.
Ability to interpret 2D/3D engineering drawings.
Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP or quality software is an advantage.
