Quality Inspector

Overview:
CRA is seeking Quality Inspectors to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role involves hands-on inspection, documentation, and coordination with production and engineering teams across the Energy and Defence sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-process and final inspections of components and assemblies.

• Use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify dimensions.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Identify, document, and report non-conformities.

• Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

• Assist in maintaining calibration records and inspection documentation.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Lean).

• Coordinate with production, design, and quality teams to ensure compliance.

  
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering OR relevant technical certification.

• Basic understanding of quality control principles and manufacturing processes.

having experience in structural, tank & pressure vessel fabrication

Having knowledge of Welding & NDT(Dye penetration Testing),Radiography testing and ultrasonic testing. EPC Testing

Having knowledge of CNC & VMC Components Inspection and ability to read the drawings

• Familiarity with inspection tools and techniques.

• Ability to interpret 2D/3D engineering drawings.

• Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems is a plus.

• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP or quality software is an advantage.
