About The Role
We are looking for a skilled and result-driven
Quality Head to lead end-to-end Quality Management Systems in a growing automotive manufacturing setup based in Kadi.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in
IATF 16949, OEM audits, homologation compliance, and core automotive quality tools, along with hands-on exposure to manufacturing processes like
assembly, moulding, and pad printing.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage QMS aligned with IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 standards
- Plan and execute:
- VSA, Process & Product Audits
- MACE audits
- Layered Process Audits (LPA)
- OQA & IQC activities
- Manage internal & external audits, including IATF certification audits
- Ensure timely closure of non-conformances using CAPA methodology
- Handle customer audits independently and maintain strong audit performance
Regulatory & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with EU Regulation 2018/858
- Coordinate with international homologation bodies such as:
- Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA)
- UTAC
- TUV
- RDW
- Manage Conformity of Production (COP) and regulatory audits
- Ensure compliance with ECE R100 standards
Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Lead implementation of Core Quality Tools:
- PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, VDA 6.3
- Drive CAPA, Poka-Yoke, and defect reduction initiatives
- Monitor KPIs related to process capability and product quality
- Ensure accurate and timely daily quality reporting
- Lead cross-functional teams to build a zero-defect culture
Manufacturing Quality Focus
- Ensure quality excellence in:
- Assembly processes
- Moulding operations
- Pad printing processes
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 & Automotive QMS
Proven experience in OEM/customer audits and audit handling
Expertise in regulatory compliance & homologation processes
Strong hands-on experience in CAPA, FMEA & process control tools
Ability to manage daily quality reporting and KPI tracking
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Hindi language proficiency is mandatory
Preferred Profile
- Experience with automotive OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers
- Exposure to international certification bodies and compliance standards
- Background in automotive component manufacturing
