Scrummaster

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Must be a Certified Scrum Master with 10+ years an Agile practitioner/Scrum Master

• Experience working with an agile mindset on large scale, technically complex projects

• Experience using Azure DevOps is mandatory

• Candidate must have experience on integrating ADO data to PowerBI; 

• Experience in metrics implementation and reporting using PowerBI dashboard

• Has to run team on Scrum / Scaled agile framework

• Participate in Scrum of Scrums/ PI Planning syncs with RTE and other Scrum Masters

• Facilitate breakout sessions, manage dependencies & risks, support confidence vote, draft PI Objectives

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail

Certifications

- Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) (Required)

- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)(good to have)

- RTE certifications (good to have)
