Location: Goa & Kasauli, HP (2 position)
Purpose of the role
Achieving required quality in product and process through Inspection, testing and acceptance of material, in-process inspection and snagging and final product inspection and snagging as per Project Quality Plan and ITPs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement & oversee quality assurance procedures to maintain high standards of quality in architectural & interior designs.Periodic visits to RMC Plants, Sources, Factories, Vendors Yards for assessment and approvals.Witness Trial Mix and other tests at Third Party Labs.Coordinate & perform material testing, and onsite inspections of Construction materialsMaintain detailed documentation of quality control activities, inspection reports & quality- related issues for reference & analysis.Provide training to Site Operations/ Contractors Teams to create awareness and ensure compliance, to highlight Quality risks and their mitigation, and to share Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) for Quality related issues.
Key Requirement: (Education, Technical Skills and Personal trails)
Educational Qualifications
B.E/B.Tech - Civil Engineering 3-7 years of experience in QAQC engineer role
Technical Skills
Knowledge of QAQC standards Knowledge checklists & Test ProceduresProficiency in training of various SOPs Detail and performance oriented Analytical skillsExcellent communication skillsInterpersonal skills
Industry Preference
Real Estate; Consulting with Large Construction Conglomerates preferred but not necessary
