Sub Dept (Internal reference.). Quality

Location: Goa & Kasauli, HP (2 position)

Purpose of the role

Achieving required quality in product and process through Inspection, testing and acceptance of material, in-process inspection and snagging and final product inspection and snagging as per Project Quality Plan and ITPs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement & oversee quality assurance procedures to maintain high standards of quality in architectural & interior designs.
• Periodic visits to RMC Plants, Sources, Factories, Vendors Yards for assessment and approvals.
• Witness Trial Mix and other tests at Third Party Labs.
• Coordinate & perform material testing, and onsite inspections of Construction materials
• Maintain detailed documentation of quality control activities, inspection reports & quality- related issues for reference & analysis.
• Provide training to Site Operations/ Contractors Teams to create awareness and ensure compliance, to highlight Quality risks and their mitigation, and to share Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) for Quality related issues.

Key Requirement: (Education, Technical Skills and Personal trails)

Educational Qualifications:

• B.E/B.Tech - Civil Engineering
• 3-7 years of experience in QAQC engineer role

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of QAQC standards
• Knowledge checklists & Test Procedures
• Proficiency in training of various SOPs
• Detail and performance oriented
• Analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Interpersonal skills

Industry Preference:

• Real Estate; Consulting with Large Construction Conglomerates preferred but not necessary
