Purpose of the job:
The Quality Executive will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards. The role involves working closely with department HODs to ensure quality systems, processes, and documentation are effectively implemented, followed, and continuously improved.
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Executive position at Allbright Packaging Pvt. Ltd. (Umbergaon, Gujarat)
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards across all functions.
- Coordinate with respective department HODs to ensure quality systems, SOPs, process controls and documentation are established, implemented and maintained.
- Plan, coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits and certification renewal.
- Track non-conformities, conduct root cause analysis in coordination with HODs, and ensure timely closure of corrective and preventive actions
- Maintain and control all quality-related records, reports and documentation
- Plan and coordinate quality-related training sessions for employees as per the defined training calendar and ensure proper records of training are maintained.
- Work closely with production, purchase and management teams to drive continuous improvement and reduction in defects, rejections and wastage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Chemical), Packaging Technology or a related manufacturing discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ISO 9001:2015 implementation, maintenance and audits
- Strong understanding of QMS, audits, CAPA, and documentation control
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- The candidate must have a proven track record of ensuring ISO 9001:2015 compliance, audit readiness and consistent quality standards across manufacturing operations.
