Project Role Description : 

• Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

•  Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional

Good to have skills : 

• AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform)

Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Job Summary:

• As an Application Lead, you will lead the design, build, and configuration of applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project. You will manage the team and ensure the successful delivery of the project. This role involves collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for both your immediate team and other teams. Your focus will be on driving the technical direction of the application while ensuring project goals are met effectively and efficiently.

• Manage and make decisions for the team, ensuring efficient performance.
• Collaborate with various teams and contribute to key project decisions.

• Act as the primary point of contact for the project, ensuring clear communication.
• Manage the team and ensure the successful delivery of the project.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to make critical decisions and solve problems.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform).
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional capabilities.
• Experience in designing, building, and configuring applications using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Knowledge of CRM best practices and industry standards.
• Proven experience in leading and managing application development projects.
