Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will develop comprehensive testing strategies that encompass the entire application lifecycle, utilizing your expertise to enhance quality processes and methodologies. By applying your business and functional knowledge, you will define and implement key metrics to effectively manage the testing process, ensuring thorough test execution and efficient defect resolution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact.

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to ensure optimal performance.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks. Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization. Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
• Strong understanding of data integration and transformation processes.
• Experience with various ETL tools and frameworks.
• Ability to design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
• This position is based at our Noida office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
