Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Good to have skills : Test Management, Agile Testing, API Testing

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:

As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to accelerate delivery and enhance quality throughout the application lifecycle. You will leverage your business and functional knowledge to craft comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring that quality processes and methodologies are effectively applied. Additionally, you will focus on defining and implementing key metrics to manage and evaluate the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in quality engineering.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a collaborative environment.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of testing processes and methodologies to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning, Test Management, Agile Testing, API Testing.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Test Management, Agile Testing, API Testing.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to drive decision-making.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Functional Test Planning.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
