Tech Lead, Quality Assurance Engineering

What you will do:

• Perform testing activities, including planning, designing, scripting, debugging, and reporting tasks.
• Collaborate with Technical and Business teams to define the scope of testing required and handle post-test execution activities such as error debugging, reporting, and internal and external communications.
• Understand and write test plans and test traceability matrices using tools such as Jira, Zephyr, Azure, or Rational CLM.
• Automate testing for web applications and web API interfaces using tools like JMeter, Selenium, Cucumber BDD, Tosca, and Postman.

What you will need to have:

• 3-6+ years of experience in software testing and any automation
• 3-6+ experience with automated testing tools, like SOAP UI, POSTMAN, JMeter, Swagger
• 2-3+ years of experience utilizing Test Management tools such as Jira, Zephyr, Azure DevOps, Rational, QC, qTest
• 2-3+ years of experience with version control systems, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence

What would be great to have:

• Good to have 1+ core development experience on frameworks using C, C++, Python, Java, .Net languages to develop frameworks on tools like IDE, Cucumber/BDD, Selenium, Rest Assured
• Experience with payments systems elements (hardware, software, network) and their application to business functions and processes
• Experience with environments like AWS, Pivotal Cloud Foundry
• Experience with Virtual emulation: Sauce Labs, Mobile Labs
• Experience in BDD Framework: Cucumber
