This role includes designing detailed test cases, identifying and documenting any discrepancies or defects, and working closely with delivery teams to guarantee that releases are dependable and meet user expectations. The position requires a proactive approach to maintaining high standards and contributing to the smooth delivery of user-ready products through thorough validation and collaboration.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to build their skills and support their professional growth.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Retail Store Operations.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- Resource has to come and work all 5 days from HDC4 facility with the existing POS lab team
- A 15 years full time education is required.
