Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary: As a Quality Engineer, you will enable full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Your typical day will involve performing continuous testing for security, API, and regression suites, while also creating automation strategies and automated scripts. You will support data and environment configuration, participate in code reviews, and monitor and report defects to facilitate continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process. We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of testing methodologies, a keen eye for defects, and the ability to collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to deliver high-quality products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. - Design, develop, and maintain detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases. - Execute manual and/or automated tests to ensure the quality of the product. - Identify, document, and track bugs using appropriate tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps). - Report and escalate issues, risks, or defects clearly and effectively to the development team. - Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing. - Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand scope and acceptance criteria. - Participate in sprint ceremonies and release planning in Agile/Scrum environments. - Suggest improvements to testing processes and automation frameworks. - Keep up to date with new testing tools, techniques, and strategies. - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in developing and implementing testing strategies that align with project goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and quality assurance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Test planning and test case design - Manual and/or automated testing - Defect tracking and management - Agile/Scrum collaboration - Testing tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools. - Experience with API testing and security testing methodologies. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex requirements to create effective test cases. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Functional Test Planning. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
