Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining quality control procedures, working closely with engineering, production, and other teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
Design and execute test plans, test cases, and quality metrics to ensure product quality.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and final products.
Analyze data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Document quality control processes, test results, and corrective measures.
Stay updated on industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent experience is required.
Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar quality assurance role is preferred.
Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies.

Skills

Expertise in quality control tools and techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough inspections.
Good communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
Knowledge of industry standards like ISO 9001 is a plus.
