Job Description

Prepare and share audit plan across all BU's in consultation with supply partners/ware house & quality function.
Conduct audit for all BU's as per plan.
Prepare audit reports with observations & share with all stake holders on time.
Perform analysis of audit findings & improvement plan in consultation with applicable stake holders.
Demand & follow up CAPA from respective functions and supply partners.
Ensure closer of audit findings on time. Participate in internal assessments and audits as required at vendor end considering findings.
Hands on experience of addressing Customer complaints.
Excellent Knowledge of Quality systems with eye for quality, 7QC Tools, 8D, RCA, Cost saving; Reduction in Customer complaints implementing various quality tools.
