Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct supplier audits and qualification assessments.
• Manage APQP/PPAPand engineering changes.
• Handle supplier quality issues using 8D, 5Why, Fishbone.
• Monitor supplier PPM and drive improvement actions.
• Review control plan, process flow, FMEA, MSA, and SPC documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers for corrective actions and timely closures.
• Support incoming inspection and ensure line protection.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D.
• Ability to read engineering drawings & GD&T.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and audit skills.
• Experience in processes (welding, machining, stamping, Plating,Coating etc.
