Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct first article inspection, in-process control, and implement control plans for CNC & VMC processes.
- Perform roving audits and process audits.
- Monitor CNC machining yield and drive continuous improvements through tools like FMEA, SPC, PPAP.
- Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, customer complaints, and execute CAPA using 8D and RCA methods.
- Improve process capability and implement defect reduction plans.
- Perform cosmetic inspection, ARR, GRR, and machine part analysis.
- Ensure quality control of CNC & VMC machined parts.
- Coordinate and support internal, supplier, and customer audits.
Candidate Profile:
Experience & Background:
- 4 to 10 years of hands-on experience in CNC and VMC machining processes.
- Strong technical understanding and practical exposure to machining quality control.
Qualifications:
- Diploma + Part-Time BE / Full-Time BE in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
- Valid Passport is mandatory.
