Quality Engineer Lead

Responsibilities

• Validate data transformations, data quality, and data integrity in SQL Server environments.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing on in-house applications and ETL processes.
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to understand requirements and design effective test strategies.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues through to resolution.
• Support the introduction, and evangelize the use, of masked and synthetic test data.
• Automate testing processes using C# and other relevant tools.
• T-SQL / scripting / pipelines / DataVault / coding / unit testing/BDD/synthetic data

Requirements

• Proven experience as a BI Tester or in a similar role.
• 6 + Years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, including writing complex SQL queries.
• Proficiency in C# for test automation, such as SpecFlow and Azure ADF connections.
• Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
