Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement interface solutions for IBMS (Integrated Building Management System) and control systems.
Lead integration between various subsystems (CCTV, ACS, BMS, Fire Systems, CFS, etc.) to ensure seamless operation and communication.
Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and vendors to resolve interface and interoperability issues.
Develop interface protocols and ensure compliance with project specifications and technical standards.
Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and validation of connected systems and data flows.
Prepare and maintain interface documentation, integration reports, and change records.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, IT, or related field).
Minimum 7 years experience in IBMS/control systems integration roles.
Hands-on expertise in interface protocol development, system integration, and commissioning.
Familiarity with IBMS subsystems (CCTV, ACS, BMS, Fire Systems, CFS) and control technologies.
Strong analytical, technical troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional project teams.
