Quality Engineer

1. A candidate with 45 years in quality, preferably in manufacturing with a degree in mechanical engineering.

2. Support and maintain PPAP and QPL documentation.

3. Work hands-on with manufacturing commodities such as sheet metal, fabrication, hydraulics, casting and machining.

4. Interpret engineering drawings and schematics using GD&T and Creo View.

5. Use quality tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, 7QC, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, 3L5Y).

6. Collaborate with design, production and supplier teams to ensure products meet quality standards.

7. Manage documents and data in SAP and Windchill.

8. Take part in product reviews and corrective action plans.

9. Ensure supplier compliance and support improvements in product and supplier performance.

10. Communicate effectively in English and handle projects independently, with minimal supervision.
