Quality Engineer

QA Engineer (Immediate Joiners Preferred) – Hyderabad

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to help ensure the quality, reliability, and stability of our platform. The ideal candidate should have strong debugging skills, experience investigating issues through logs, and the ability to work closely with engineering teams to identify and resolve problems quickly.

• Perform thorough end-to-end testing of the platform to identify system, workflow, or integration failures.
• Execute manual, regression, functional, and API testing across different modules and environments.
• Investigate issues by analyzing application logs, API responses, backend failures, and AWS monitoring systems.
• Work extensively with logs and debugging tools to trace the root cause of bugs and production issues.
• Monitor and analyze AWS services such as CloudWatch, EC2 logs, server logs, and application monitoring dashboards.
• Validate feature releases before deployment and ensure system stability after releases.
• Create detailed bug reports with reproduction steps, logs, screenshots, and technical observations.
• Collaborate closely with developers to reproduce, isolate, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Test integrations, edge cases, failure scenarios, and overall platform reliability.
• Ensure high product quality, performance consistency, and a smooth user experience.

• 1–2 years of experience in QA or software testing.
• Strong debugging and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience working with AWS environments and investigating issues through logs.
• Familiarity with Jira, Postman, browser developer tools, and standard testing workflows.
• Ability to independently investigate and understand system failures.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with SaaS or AI-based platforms is a plus.
• Note: We are specifically looking for candidates based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate immediately. Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be given preference.
