Role Title: Senior Quality Engineer I

Position Summary:

Join the Enterprise Quality Engineering organization as a Senior Quality Engineer supporting the End-to-End Automation (E2E) team. This role ensures automated test suites and orchestration are stable, compliant, and ready for enterprise-scale testing initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan/Execute end-to-end (E2E) and regression testing for web /native app and API-based applications.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios and test cases.
• Actively collaborate with QA peers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, providing clear testing status, risks, and dependencies.
• Identify, log, track, and validate defects, ensuring proper root-cause analysis and closure.
• Support test automation efforts by executing, maintaining, or enhancing automated E2E test suites.
• Contribute to test data preparation, environment validation, and test execution planning.
• Maintain clear documentation in Jira and Confluence
• Hands-on or working knowledge of Playwright and/or Tosca for automation.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team.

Skill and Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in Quality Engineering with a blend of deep technical knowledge.
• Experience in software development, test engineering, with expert-level expertise in multiple testing methodologies
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience using Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr for requirement tracking, test management, defect tracking, and team collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing, validation, and integration testing across end-to-end business flows.
• Working knowledge of Jira and Zephyr to support test planning, execution, reporting, and defect lifecycle management.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities combined with clear, effective communication across cross-functional teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in enterprise-scale end-to-end automation management.
• Knowledge of Automation (Tosca, Playwright, Browser stack).
• Familiarity with hospitality industry systems.

Education and Certifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/certification
