Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Act as functional expert for Change Management process

• Knowledge and execution of CAPA, NC and Investigations along with change control process

• Resolve issues on SmartSolve for Change and Documentation Modules

• Liaise with Master Data Team on resolving issues in SAP for ECO notifications

• Maintain procedures for Document Control and Change Control processes

• Review approvals and implement updates to support various business units

• Complete hard copy requests and maintain distribution list on SmartSolve

• Work with Quality Systems Manager to maintain and improve the Change Management process

• Issue additional equipment numbers and maintain relevant systems with required data

• Maintain files for Document Management and archive when necessary

• Issue and collect documents to and from document control boards daily

• Report on process performance through weekly and monthly site metrics

• Provide cover in Quality Systems as required

• Comply with all Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
