Quality Engineer-Automation

We are seeking a skilled Automation Testing Practitioner to design, build, test, and deploy automated testing solutions that reduce manual effort and enhance software quality. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in automated testing tools, frameworks, and processes, supporting applications across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to validate application functionality.
• Apply automated testing tools across all phases of SDLC to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Support the test team by recommending tools, frameworks, and processes for improved test coverage.
• Automate test activities including test management, reporting, test data generation, and defect management.
• Participate in continuous delivery transformation within Agile/Scrum teams.
• Develop and test application changes, ensuring high quality and compliance with release standards.

Required Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Education:

• Master's Degree in a relevant field.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Software Testing.
• Strong knowledge of software development processes and testing life cycle.
• Hands-on experience with Java 1.7, Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, BDD tools, TestNG/JUnit, Ant/Maven, and Jenkins.
• Experience developing, testing, and deploying application changes in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

• Knowledge of ARIC commercial product from Feature space.
• Experience in Python scripting and Web Services testing.
• Self-driven, ambitious, and able to work independently towards targets and goals.
