Project Role : Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the entire application lifecycle. You engage in continuous testing activities focusing on security, application programming interfaces, and regression to ensure robust performance. Your role includes developing automation strategies and scripts, managing data and environment configurations, and actively participating in code reviews. You also monitor and document defects, contributing to ongoing improvements in testing processes and overall product quality, ensuring seamless integration within the technology ecosystem.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality gaps and implement effective testing strategies.
- Maintain and enhance automated test frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on quality assurance best practices.
- Continuously analyze testing outcomes to recommend process improvements and optimize workflows.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache Hadoop.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks and big data processing.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and automation tools.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Knowledge of scripting languages to develop and maintain automated test scripts.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Apache Hadoop.
