Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:

As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the software delivery process. You engage in planning activities that span multiple disciplines and integrate various components of the technology ecosystem. Your role includes continuous testing efforts focused on security, application programming interfaces, and regression to ensure the highest quality standards. You develop and maintain automation strategies and scripts, while also managing data and environment configurations. Additionally, you actively participate in code reviews, track and report defects, and contribute to ongoing improvements throughout the entire testing lifecycle.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes within the development lifecycle.
• Assist in mentoring junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance testing methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Document and communicate testing outcomes and insights to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
• Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and tools related to Selenium.
• Experience in designing and implementing test automation scripts to support continuous integration and delivery.
• Familiarity with API testing and security testing practices within automated test suites.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot defects, contributing to root cause analysis and resolution.
• Understanding of environment and data configuration management to support testing activities.
