Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Good to have skills : Apache JMeter

Summary:

As a Quality Engineer, you will enable full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Your typical day will involve engaging with various teams to ensure that testing processes are integrated seamlessly into the development cycle, allowing for continuous improvement and high-quality outcomes. You will be responsible for performing continuous testing for security, API, and regression suites, while also creating automation strategies and automated scripts. Additionally, you will support data and environment configuration, participate in code reviews, and monitor and report defects to enhance the end-to-end testing process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of testing strategies to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues throughout the application lifecycle.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy, Apache JMeter.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Apache JMeter.
• Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
• Experience in scripting and automation for testing purposes.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
