The Quality Controller is crucial in maintaining and enhancing product excellence throughout the production lifecycle. This role involves establishing, monitoring, and enforcing quality standards across factory operations. With a robust understanding of industry norms and meticulous attention to detail, the Quality Controller ensures that all products meet the highest standards before reaching the customer.

- Monitor the quality of the product through the various stages of production.
- Train the factory QC on Cult's quality norms and how to use quality tools.
- Involvement in product development and sampling stage and take care of quality aspects of samples before being sent for design and FIT review.
- Participating in pre-production meeting before production start and calling out areas of concern to the factory and ensuring that factory takes them into account.
- Perform in-line inspection and end-of-line inspection in sewing floor.
- Perform final inspection in finishing department for packed goods.
- Ensuring the right quality of the outward garment by conducting quality audits in manufacturing process.
Qualification & Skills
- Knowledge of garment construction which will help to analyse samples
- Basic understanding and knowhow on garment development cycle .
- Knowhow and understanding of production .
- AQL knowhow and ability to do both Inline and Endline / Final inspections.
- Multi tasker and ability to handle pressure .
- Knowledge of MS Office Excel , Word , Power Point .
- Experience of 5-7 years in related field.
