Role Description

* Quality Excellence: Maintain and enforce strict quality standards for finished printed fabrics, ensuring color consistency, print precision, and hand-feel meet client specifications.

* Technical Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues at any stage of the printing process to minimize wastage and downtime.

* Inter-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the heads of Pre-treatment, Steaming, and washing departments to ensure a seamless workflow and resolve bottlenecks.

* Delivery Management: Monitor production timelines to ensure that quality checks do not impede the timely dispatch of orders to international and domestic clients.

* Process Improvement: Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and reduce the defect rate across various fabric blends.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

* Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of textile printing processes, fabric compositions, and chemical interactions.

* Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to troubleshooting production hurdles under tight deadlines.

* Leadership: Proven ability to manage a QC team and influence outcomes across other technical departments.

* Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate a team-first environment and maintain professional transparency with management.
