Quality Control Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Analytical Testing: Perform accurate analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished agrochemical formulations.
• Instrument Operation: Expertly handle and maintain sophisticated laboratory equipment, specifically HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) and GC (Gas Chromatography).
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet internal specifications and external regulatory standards before release.
• Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of test results, logbooks, and laboratory observations in accordance with GLP (Good Laboratory Practices).
• Calibration: Participate in the routine calibration and validation of laboratory instruments to ensure precision.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry (Organic or Analytical Chemistry preferred).

Experience:

• 2–3 years of proven experience within an Agrochemical or Chemical Formulation environment.
• Hands-on experience with HPLC and GC is mandatory.

Language Proficiency:

• Must be fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English (written and verbal) to facilitate clear communication across various levels of the organization.
