Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality control inspector to join our team. This mid-level position offers an excellent opportunity to develop a career in Quality department. The successful candidate will support the Quality department in various administrative and operational tasks, ensuring the efficient and effective assurance of quality services.
Key Responsibilities
- Raw MaterialInspection
- ISO/ IMS Audit & related documentation
- In-process inspection as per approved ITP
- PMI Inspection& Ferrite Test Inspection
- NDT Witness (DP, MPI, UT and RT Film Review)
- Final Dossier Preparation
- Support for ITP & Procedures submission
- Maintaining NDE persons qualification records & updating NDE procedure with respect to latest Standards
- Manage customer witness inspections.
- To complete documents along customer quality compliance and despatch.
- Collaborate with the department or other company departments to clarify / resolve issues techniques related in process activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience inHeat Exchanger (ACHE and S&T) and Pressure Vessel Equipment fabrication.
- Experience in quality control department
- Understanding of product / process flow
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- BE (Mechanical) with3-5Yrs

- Familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems.
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management principles.
