Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Quality Control Inspector role located in Pollachi. The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for performing inspections, ensuring quality compliance, and collaborating with the production team to implement quality assurance processes. The role includes monitoring production standards, conducting tests, recording findings, reporting defects, and ensuring products meet strict company and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Control and Inspection processes
- Experience with Quality Assurance and Quality Management systems
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with production teams and reporting
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and identify defects or deviations
- Familiarity with quality standards and testing procedures relevant to the manufacturing industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site environment
- Prior experience in the manufacturing, agriculture, or horticulture industry is a plus
- Relevant educational background or certifications in quality management are an advantage
