Quality Control Inspector, quality control engineer

Job Summary: The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all machining processes and products meet established quality standards and specifications. This role involves conducting inspections, performing quality tests, and collaborating with production teams to address quality issues. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance within the machining industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1)Should be well versed with Drawing reading

2)Should be well versed with measuring Instruments like vernier, micrometer, CMM etc.

3)Report generation after Inspection

4)Willing to work in rotational shifts

5)Doing root cause analysis for rejections

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute for education.
• 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance within the machining or manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and quality control principles.
• Proficiency in using measuring tools and equipment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
