This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control Engineer located at R&Y Realty's projects in Devanahalli. The Quality Control Engineer will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, ensuring that materials and construction practices meet company standards. Key responsibilities include conducting inspections, preparing quality reports, implementing quality protocols, and identifying areas for improvement. They will coordinate with construction teams to ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations while maintaining open communication between all stakeholders.

• Proven expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices
• Strong Analytical Skills and capability to assess and ensure quality standards
• Effective Communication skills to liaise with team members, contractors, and stakeholders
• Experience with Quality Management systems and processes
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Previous experience in real estate or construction projects is a plus
