Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Engineer based in Vallam. The Quality Control Engineer will be responsible for assessing product quality throughout the production process, performing quality assurance checks, analyzing data to identify trends, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and effectively communicating findings to team members and stakeholders. The role also involves implementing quality management practices to maintain and enhance production standards.

• Proficiency & Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance methodologies
• Strong Analytical Skills to identify issues, detect trends, and drive improvements
• Hands-on experience in Quality Management practices and systems
• Excellent Communication skills for effectively reporting findings and collaborating with teams
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet strict standards
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
