Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division for a Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer. In this role, you will ensure the quality of components, processes, and products through consistent quality audits, inspections, and testing. You will develop and implement quality management systems, monitor production processes for compliance, and address quality-related concerns proactively. Regular analysis and reporting on quality performance will be integral to this position, alongside continuous improvement initiatives to meet organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Quality Control and Inspection procedures to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Auditing to support the development and implementation of robust quality systems
- Experience in Quality Management to analyze, document, and enhance processes for continuous improvement
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for identifying and addressing quality-related issues
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and quality certifications
