Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Mumbai for the role of Customer Support and Service Desk, focusing on P2P (Procure to Pay), O2C (Order to Cash), and R2R (Record to Report) processes. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer and technical support, resolving service desk queries efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction, and addressing process-specific issues related to P2P, O2C, and R2R. Additional tasks involve troubleshooting, handling inquiries professionally, and collaborating with team members to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Customer Support and a commitment to delivering excellent Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience or ability in providing Technical Support, with problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and address customer and process-specific challenges
  • Adaptability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Prior experience in P2P, O2C, and R2R processes is a plus
  • A diploma or degree in a relevant field is preferred
