Position : QC Assistant

Job Location : Gandhidham (Gujarat)

Job Role : To implement the release process for all products including review of batch documentation and samples, proper handling, communication and filing of supplier non-conformities. Review and control of kits and kits packing process. Executing the process as

defined in SOP.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

WAREHOUSE QUALITY SEGMENT CONTACT:

Quality resource person for dedicated customer segments in close collaboration with other colleagues.

Perform quality checks on received orders including sampling and visual check of dosage form and in parallel with document review release the batches physically and administratively.

Collect, review, stamp and upload manufacturers COAs/COS or any other lot/batch related quality certificates for conformance to specifications as part of the QC release.

Random sampling and checking of kits during Kit packing activity and shipments.

Line clearance for packing process.

Report, handle and investigate product deviations internally and towards the manufacturer in close coordination with QA, Procurement, sales, and other relevant functions.

Ensuring configuring and placing data loggers at the time of dispatch.

Participate in meetings relating to segment updates.

Participate in meetings relating to deviations / product non- conformances/customer claims.

Communicate with suppliers for correction; follow up on documents and for resolving the non-conformities.

Involvement in Packaging material layout checking and testing.

Ensure compliance with GDP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, local laws, and regulations.

Prepare and review QA/QC related SOPs and other documents in eQMS.

Archiving and review of control samples.

Any other duties or assignments related to QC function or assigned by reporting head

Desired Profile

Education: Science graduate/ B. Pharm/M. Pharm

Work experience: Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in Production, Quality Control/ Quality Assurance department of formulation manufacturing in pharmaceutical company/ medical devices or hospital equipment.

• Should have Hands on Experience with QMS and GMP related issues.
• Competences: Good English skills verbally and in writing.
• Should be well structured and systematic.
• Should be efficient and have a fast responsiveness.
• Should have good knowledge of computers excel/word.
• Should once trained be able to understand the features in our ERP system facilitating compliance in our document system.
• Should be proactive of nature and follow-up on own initiative in writing and verbally towards the manufacturer.
• Should maintain a positive attitude also when taking up unvarying tasks. Languages: Proficiency in English Travel activity:
• Shall be able to travel as and when required for supplier visit/Pre-shipment inspection of goods.
