Background of the Company: We are the most preferred partner for majority of private insurance companies in major parts of India in relation to claim verification and investigation.

Job Location: Noida, Delhi

Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., BDS, BHMS, BAMS, BPT) [03 Vacancy]

Job Role & Requirements:

Draft comprehensive claim investigation reports based on collected evidence

and investigator findings

Review and edit reports submitted by claim investigators for accuracy,

clarity, and completeness

Ensure all reports meet company standards and legal requirements

Develop and implement quality control procedures for the report drafting

process

Conduct regular audits of claim investigation reports to maintain high-quality

standards

Identify areas for improvement in the report drafting process and implement

corrective actions

Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills

Proficient in medical terminology, disease classification, and understanding

of line of treatment

Excellent command over English (both written and verbal)

Advanced knowledge of computer applications, MS Office, and email

communication

Experience in quality control or quality assurance in the insurance industry is

preferred

Job timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM [Monday to Saturday]

Leave/Holiday: One Week Off, One Paid Leave Per Month

Salary: 40k to 45 K (as per experience & Completion of target basis)

Joining: Immediate

Candidate must be flexible with the shift timings
