Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and endtoend testing of Salesforce applications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, experience cloud and Lightning components
  • Analyze requirements and user stories to design detailed test scenarios and test cases that ensure comprehensive coverage
  • Validate complex Salesforce workflows, business rules, data models, and crosssystem integrations with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Identify defects early through thorough functional testing, document them clearly, and manage them through closure using standard defect management processes
  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scenarios in ACCELQ, ensuring stability and scalability of automation assets
  • Support automated test execution as part of GitHub CI/CD workflows, including troubleshooting automation failures and validating pipeline-triggered test runs
  • Test AIdriven Salesforce features, including Knowledge Search and other intelligent automation components, ensuring quality, consistency, and accuracy
  • Validate AWS Connect phone systems, including call flows, IVR logic, agent routing, and CTI behavior integrated with Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Test system integrations, including middleware-driven APIs, data exchanges, and event-triggered workflows across connected platforms
  • Execute and validate Qualtrics survey flows, ensuring accurate survey triggers, response capture, and downstream data processing
  • Collaborate with developers, admins, product owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality release readiness and full story acceptance
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, provide testing estimates, monitor test progress, and ensure timely delivery of all QA commitments
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, testing efficiency, and automation best practices

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Quality Assurance (functional and regression testing)
  • AccelQ Certification ,Salesforce admin and Agentforce certifications
  • Experience testing AWS Connect telephony features, CTI integrations, and Salesforce-connected call flows
  • Hands-on experience testing integrations, APIs, and middleware-driven application interactions
  • Experience creating, executing, and maintaining automated tests using ACCELQ
  • Good working experience in using GitHub copilot , M365 Copilot
  • Working knowledge of Qualtrics survey flows and validation of survey-triggered processes
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce features, workflows, Lightning UI, validation rules, and crosssystem dependencies
  • Familiarity with GitHub CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests within continuous testing workflows
  • Proven ability to test AI-driven application components, including Knowledge Search and intelligent recommendation features
  • Proven solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail in identifying defects and testing edge cases
  • Proven effective communication and collaboration skills within Agile teams
  • Proven self-driven, adaptable, and proactive in improving QA processes and testing efficiency
