Key Responsibilities- Perform chemical and microbiological testing of water samples.
- Ensure compliance with BIS and FSSAI standards for packaged drinking water.
- Maintain quality documentation, reports, and batch records.
- Monitor RO plant operations, filtration systems, and mineral dosing.
- Conduct quality checks for raw materials and packaging materials.
- Maintain laboratory instruments and calibration records.
- Assist in internal audits and regulatory inspections.
- Ensure hygiene and sanitation standards in production areas.
Qualifications- B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry / Microbiology / Food Technology
- 13 years experience in water, beverage, or food manufacturing industry preferred
- Knowledge of BIS IS 14543 standards is an advantage
