Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Checker Supervisor, based in Jaipur. The Quality Checker We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Checker specializing in Kundan and Meena jewellery to ensure all finished and in-process products meet company quality standards, craftsmanship expectations, and client specifications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of traditional jewellery techniques, finishing standards, stone setting quality, and meenakari detailing.

Qualifications

• Inspect Kundan & Meena jewellery pieces at various production stages.
• Check stone setting quality (alignment, tightness, polish, symmetry).
• Examine meenakari work for color accuracy, smoothness, finishing, and cracks.
• Verify gold purity markings, weight accuracy, and design specifications.
• Identify defects such as loose stones, uneven enamel, improper soldering, scratches, or finishing flaws.
• Coordinate with karigars and production team to correct quality issues.
• Maintain quality inspection records and reports.
• Ensure adherence to company quality benchmarks and delivery timelines.
• Conduct final inspection before dispatch.
