Quality Check Executive
Location: Jaipur, India (Onsite)
Shift: Night Shift (9:30 PM IST 6:30 AM IST)
Job Overview
We are seeking a detailoriented Quality Check Executive to join our backoffice operations team. This role is responsible for reviewing job files, photos, and supporting documentation related to property preservation and field service work, ensuring all submissions meet internal quality and documentation standards before finalization.
This is a non-voice, back-office role that requires a high level of accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail, particularly when reviewing visual and written documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Review property preservation job files to ensure all required photos and documents are accurately submitted
- Verify before, during, and after photos to confirm work completion and proper documentation
- Check image clarity, completeness, time stamps, and adherence to company photo guidelines
- Identify missing photos, incorrect documentation, or incomplete job details
- Ensure all job files comply with internal quality standards and client requirements
- Flag discrepancies, errors, or quality issues and coordinate with internal teams or vendors for correction
- Maintain accurate records of reviewed files, quality findings, and followup actions
- Consistently follow documented processes and quality control checklists
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in property preservation, field service documentation, quality checking, or backoffice operations (BPO/KPO environment preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing photos and supporting documentation
- Basic computer proficiency with the ability to manage, review, and organize digital files efficiently
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to quality standards consistently
- Comfortable working independently in a structured, processdriven environment
- Willing and able to work on a night shift schedule
- Must have a personal laptop suitable for work requirements
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Prior experience in property preservation, mortgage field services, or similar industries
- Familiarity with photobased quality audits or compliance reviews
