Quality Check Analyst (QCA)

Description

The Quality Check Analyst (QCA) will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards through rigorous testing and inspection processes. This role involves analyzing data, developing quality control procedures, and collaborating with various teams to enhance product quality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough quality checks on products to ensure they meet required standards.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines.
• Analyze data from quality inspections and prepare reports for management.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify quality issues and implement solutions.
• Train and mentor junior staff on quality assurance practices.
• Maintain accurate records of quality assessments and inspections.

Skills and Qualifications

• Must have IPDRG Certification.
• 4-10 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance roles.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in quality management systems and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards).
• Experience with statistical analysis tools and quality control software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
