Quality Assure Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Testing: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts, which can be manual or automated, to identify defects and verify functionality, usability, and performance. 
• Bug identification: Find and analyze bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in products, then document them in detail. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide feedback on software design, and help debug issues. 
• Process improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, enforcing coding standards, and suggesting enhancements to the development process. 
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of issues, test results, and test procedures. 
• Quality monitoring: Monitor quality metrics and ensure that releases are stable and meet business and user requirements.
