Quality Assurance Tester

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Tester to ensure the highest standards of quality across our web and mobile applications. If you have a sharp eye for bugs, strong analytical skills, and a passion for delivering error-free products, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

Test web and mobile applications across different platforms and browsers

Create, update, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios

Perform functional, regression, smoke, UI, and compatibility testing

Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira, Trello, or similar

Work closely with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes

Ensure product quality before deployment and release

Provide clear and detailed QA reports

Participate in requirement reviews and suggest improvements

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)

Knowledge of manual testing methods

Basic understanding of automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress optional but preferred)

Ability to write detailed bug reports and test documentation

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology

Understanding of API testing using Postman (basic)

Clear communication and analytical thinking

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Basic knowledge of SQL queries for database verification

Experience with automation frameworks

Knowledge of version control (Git/GitHub)

Mobile app testing experience (Android/iOS)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent skills

02 years of experience in manual or automation testing

Freshers with strong testing fundamentals are encouraged to apply
