Quality Assurance Test Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce QA Engineer with 7+ years of experience to drive quality

assurance for Salesforce platforms. This role requires strong expertise in end-to-end testing, SOQL

validation, and test strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end testing of Salesforce implementations

- Design and maintain test strategies, test cases, and plans

- Perform validation using SOQL queries

- Lead functional, regression, integration testing and UAT support

- Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure defect closure

- Mentor junior QA engineers

Required Skills

- 5+ years in Salesforce QA/Testing

- Strong SOQL expertise

- Understanding of Salesforce architecture

- Experience in end-to-end CRM testing

Good to Have

- Test automation (Selenium, Provar, Copado QA)

- CI/CD exposure

- API testing knowledge

- Agile/Scrum experience

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science or related field
