Description
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the required quality standards. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will work closely with our production team to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process and finished products to ensure they meet the required quality standards
- Identify and report any quality issues to the production team and work with them to resolve the issues
- Maintain accurate records of quality test results and communicate any deviations to the relevant stakeholders
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Ensure that all equipment used in the quality control process is calibrated and maintained according to the required standards
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices in quality control
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as chemistry, biochemistry, or engineering
- 0-2 years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and industry standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience using quality control tools and software
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other quality management systems
