- AI-driven customer interactions (chat, voice, email)
- Integration testing with customer backend systems
- Agent handoff and escalation flows
- Multi-channel communication consistency
- User Experience testing
- Data Quality testing
QA Automation
- Hand-On- AI-driven test suite development to validate model accuracy, response quality, consistency, and overall system behavior.
- API test automation
- Conversation simulation testing
- Regression suite automation
- CI/CD integration for QA pipelines
The QA resource should collaborate closely with the existing onshore QA team and the core team to support all tasks and ensure continuity of the project.
