Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quality Assurance Specialist, based in Bengaluru with flexibility for partial remote work. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies. Core responsibilities include performing quality audits, manual testing of both admin platforms and applications, overseeing quality control procedures, and collaborating with teams to identify and address quality issues. The role also involves developing strategies to enhance quality management and reporting on performance metrics to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
• Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control practices to ensure products and services meet required standards.
• Experience in Quality Management for maintaining compliance within regulated environments.
• Expertise in Quality Auditing processes to validate systems, compliance, and adherence to established protocols.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills to identify and address quality-related issues effectively.
• Ability to handle tasks independently and proactively manage bug fixes.
• Proficiency in using quality management software and tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage cross-functional coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience; certifications in quality management systems are a plus.
