Quality Assurance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee product inspections and testing activities to ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to specifications and deliverables.
• Support operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting quality performance metrics, including CSR, environmental, and health & safety KPIs.
• Investigate product quality issues, determine root causes, and drive timely resolution in alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, refine, and maintain procedures for capturing, investigating, and documenting product complaints.
• Monitor riskmanagement processes, maintain issue and problem logs, and escalate concerns to managers and product development teams as needed.
• Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to QA team members on systems, policies, procedures, and core quality processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong command of quality assurance principles, terminology, methodologies, and tools.
• Advanced computer proficiency, including database management and datadriven reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and sound decisionmaking abilities.
• Proficiency in QA best practices, including testing methodologies, version control, and defect management.
